Take care that you have the right equipment for your production.
Generally all you need is:

• a camcorder, even better 2 or an additional mobile phone
  
  
• sufficient memory cards or DV tapes
  
  
• a built-in or, even better, an external microphone
  
  
• a tripod, single- or triple-legged
  
  
• external lighting (in the case of bad lighting conditions, e.g. at night)
  
  
• charged batteries
  
  
• make-up for the presenter, if necessary
  
  
• and of course: all documents, such as e.g. chart presentations about products that you would like to show.
